Logging in

Open the Behaviour Trackr app and sign in with your email and password. If you were invited by an organisation, use the email address the invite was sent to. New users complete a short account setup and accept the terms before reaching the app.

Organisation access

Most features belong to an organisation. If you are the organisation owner, your account is the org owner. Staff join either by accepting a team-member invite (participant access) or by joining the organisation via Onboarding (org-level access). If you cannot see the Organisation menu, you have not been linked to an organisation — contact your organisation owner.

User roles

• Org Owner / Company Admin — full access including billing, team management, rostering and all org features. • Manager / Executive — org features scoped by their Org Team Member access levels. • Practitioner — participants, logs, reports and Behaviour Support Plans. • Support Worker — logging, their rostered shifts, shift guidance and timesheets. • Therapist / Teacher — read access to relevant logs and reports, plus session logs. • Parent / Guardian / Family — full access to their participant including export. • Platform Administrator — system-wide admin access.

Navigation — Desktop

Use the left sidebar. The Welcome page is your home. The Organisation menu is grouped into: Overview, People & Participants, Workforce, Clinical & Participant Records, and Reports & Business. Click a group to expand it; the group containing your current page opens automatically.

Navigation — Mobile

Tap the menu icon on the home screen to open the full navigation. The bottom bar gives quick access to Dashboard, Log Activity, Reports and My Team. All Organisation groups and pages are available from the mobile menu.

Dashboard overview

The Dashboard (Welcome) shows today's and this week's activity counts, total entries and team size, plus recent behaviour observations and recent activity. Org owners see an Organisation Overview toggle that opens a cross-participant dashboard.

Demo Mode

Demo Mode is an interactive tour that demonstrates Behaviour Trackr using fictional demonstration data. It is completely separate from your real organisation data and never writes to production records. Use the "Choose your view" switcher to explore the Participant / Family, Support Worker and Organisation Admin experiences, then try logging a sample activity. Open Demo Mode from the Welcome/tour entry to explore features before using live data.
